If you are below 18, parental/guardian supervision is required.

Gletr operates as an intermediary marketplace under applicable e-commerce rules. This means:

• We do not manufacture most products.
• Product listings and details are uploaded by independent sellers.
• We facilitate ordering, payments, and logistics support.

However, we ensure seller verification, quality checks, and customer support to maintain a safe shopping experience.

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Accurate Information: Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Security: Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
• Responsibility: Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Gletr may suspend or terminate accounts that are fraudulent, abusive, or violate these Terms.

• Seller Uploaded: Product details (specifications, purity, weight, images) are uploaded by Sellers.
• Minor Variations: While we ensure curation and quality checks, minor variations may occur due to lighting, manufacturing tolerances, or screen differences.
• Certifications: Sellers are responsible for authenticity, hallmarking, and certifications.

Gletr reserves the right to remove or update product listings at any time.

• Inclusive Pricing: All prices shown on the platform include applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
• Price Fluctuations: Prices may fluctuate based on precious metal rates and seller updates.
• Secure Payments: Payments must be made through secure gateways integrated with Gletr.
• Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

Gletr is not responsible for refunds or delays caused by third-party payment providers.

An order is accepted when:

1. You place the order on our platform
2. Payment is successfully processed
3. You receive an email/SMS confirmation

Gletr reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

• Incorrect pricing or technical errors
• Out-of-stock situations
• Fraud or misuse detection
• Incomplete or invalid shipping details

• Estimated Timelines: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on the seller's location and courier availability.
• External Factors: Gletr is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners or external factors (strikes, weather, regulations).
• Risk Transfer: Risk transfers to the customer once the order is delivered to the provided address.

Return and refund eligibility varies by product and seller policy. Generally:

• Damaged Items: Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• Custom Products: Custom-made, engraved, or personalized products cannot be returned.
• Hygiene Products: Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless damaged at arrival.
• Quality Inspection: Refunds are processed after quality inspection by the seller.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Return timelines: 7 days from the delivery date.

By Customer

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
• Custom-made or personalized orders cannot be cancelled post-initiation.

By Gletr/Seller

Orders may be cancelled due to:

• Product unavailability
• Payment issues
• Fraudulent activity
• System errors

A full refund will be issued in such cases.

Sellers must:

• List genuine and accurately described products
• Ensure certifications and hallmarking as per standards set by Indian law
• Maintain stock accuracy
• Fulfil orders promptly
• Comply with all applicable laws and standards

Gletr may delist sellers who violate policies.

Users agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Post false reviews
• Abuse discounts or referral programs
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit the platform
• Misuse product images, content, or seller information

Violation may result in suspension, legal action, or permanent ban.

All materials on Gletr — including logo, branding, design, product images, graphics, and UI — are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

We may use third-party services for:

• Payments processing
• Shipping and logistics
• Identity verification
• Analytics and reporting
• Marketing and communications

Gletr is not responsible for the privacy, policies, or failures of these third-party services.

Gletr provides the platform "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted, error-free experience
• Exact accuracy of product listings
• Continuous availability of products
• Zero delays or defects from Sellers or couriers

Jewellery quality, purity, and certifications are the responsibility of the Seller.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• No Indirect Liability: Gletr is not liable for product defects, delays, courier issues, or losses arising from user negligence.
• Maximum Liability: Gletr's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.

Your use of Gletr is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices.
