Once your return is received and inspected by the seller, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Custom-made or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. To cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately or visit your order history in your account dashboard.

Yes! All jewellery sold on Gletr is sourced from verified sellers. Gold and silver products come with BIS Hallmark certification as per Indian standards. Each seller is required to provide authenticity certificates and maintain quality standards.
