Gletr - Order Cancellation Policy

1. How to Request a Cancellation

  2. Navigate to the "My Orders" section.
  3. Find the order you wish to cancel.
  4. If the cancellation window is still open, you will see a "Cancel Order" button.
  5. Click the button and follow the prompts.
Important Note

If the "Cancel Order" button is not visible, it means the order has progressed to a stage where it can no longer be cancelled automatically. In this case, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Seller-Initiated Cancellations

In rare instances, a seller may need to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:

  • The item is out of stock.
  • Inability to source materials for a made-to-order item.
  • Identification of an error in the product listing (e.g., pricing, description).

If a seller cancels your order, you will be notified immediately via email and will receive a 100% full refund to your original payment method.

4. The Refund Process

  • Refund Method: All refunds for approved cancellations will be processed back to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, debit card, net banking, wallet).
  • Refund Timeline: Once a cancellation is confirmed, Gletr will initiate the refund within 2-3 business days.
  • Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer's policies.

Gletr reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
